Welcome to Rizz IQ. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the app. These terms govern your use of Rizz IQ and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Rizz IQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
2. Age Requirement
Rizz IQ has an App Store age rating of 17+. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use RizzIQ. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use this app. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who are found to be under the minimum age requirement.
3. AI Characters & Entertainment Disclaimer
All AI characters in Rizz IQ are entirely fictional and are designed for entertainment and educational purposes only. They do not represent real people, and any resemblance to real individuals is coincidental.
Conversations with AI characters are simulated and should not be considered a substitute for real human interaction, professional dating advice, or therapy.
4. Rizz IQ Scores
Rizz IQ scores, ratings, and feedback provided within the app are generated by artificial intelligence for entertainment purposes. They are not scientifically validated assessments and should not be interpreted as real measures of social skills, attractiveness, or interpersonal ability.
Scores are meant to be fun and motivational. They should not be used to make real-life decisions about relationships or self-worth.
5. AI Response Disclaimer
AI-generated responses may occasionally produce content that is inaccurate, inappropriate, or unexpected. While we implement content filters and safety measures, no AI system is perfect.
Rizz IQ is not responsible for any actions taken based on AI-generated advice or responses. Users should exercise their own judgment in all real-life situations.
We continuously work to improve our content filtering, but we cannot guarantee that all AI outputs will be appropriate in every context.
6. Prohibited Content & Conduct
When using Rizz IQ, you agree NOT to:
- Attempt to generate or solicit sexually explicit, violent, or illegal content
- Use the app to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Attempt to bypass content filters or safety measures
- Use the app for any purpose that violates applicable laws
- Share, distribute, or publish AI-generated conversations in a misleading way
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
- Use automated systems or bots to interact with the app
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.
7. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
Rizz IQ offers optional premium subscriptions ("Rizz IQ Basic", "Rizz IQ Premium", and "Rizz IQ Yearly") that provide access to additional features.
- Payment — Subscription payments are processed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you authorize Apple to charge your payment method.
- Auto-Renewal — Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, depending on your plan) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Cancellation — You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your paid period.
- Refunds — Refund requests must be directed to Apple, as all payments are processed through the App Store. Rizz IQ does not process payments directly.
- Free Trial — If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Price Changes — We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. You will be notified of any price changes before they take effect.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Rizz IQ — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, AI models, and software — are the exclusive property of Rizz IQ and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the app without our express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Rizz IQ is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rizz IQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Rizz IQ at any time, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. Any active subscriptions should be cancelled through your Apple ID settings.
11. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Your continued use of Rizz IQ after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
